CAMMSE Director Dr. Wei Fan attended the 2018 Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) Summer Meeting on June 4-6, 2018 in Minneapolis, MN. The Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the University of Minnesota hosted this year’s summer meeting in conjunction with the CUTC.
