CAMMSE Director Dr. Wei Fan attended the 2019 Council of University Transportation Centers (CUTC) Summer Meeting from June 24-26, 2019 in Norman, OK. The Southern Plains Transportation Center (SPTC) at the University of Oklahoma hosted this year’s summer meeting in conjunction with the CUTC.
