CAMMSE Center Director Dr. Wei Fan attended the 19th COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP 2019) in Nanjing, China from July 5 – 8 and made a plenary presentation entitled “Optimal Variable Speed Limit Control at a Lane Drop Bottleneck: Tabu Search Approach” on Saturday, July 6, and three poster presentations on Sunday July 7 that are detailed as follows:
